Emetofobi veya kusma fobisi (İngilizce: emetophobia), kusma ile karakterize fobidir. Bu fobi, kusma korkusu, kusma görme korkusu, kusma eyleminin izlenmesinden korkma ya da mide bulantısı korkusu gibi nedenleri içerebilir. Kusma olayı, emetofobi olan herkesi korkutabilir.
